Poker Squares - How to Play

Objective: Score points by forming the best possible poker hands on a 5x5 grid using 25 cards dealt from a standard deck.

Gameplay:

• A card is dealt into the "Next Card" area.
• Click any empty square on the 5x5 grid to place the current card there.
• Once a card is placed, it cannot be moved.
• Continue placing cards until all 25 squares are filled.

Scoring:

• After 25 cards are placed, the game automatically scores the 10 poker hands: 5 horizontally (rows) and 5 vertically (columns), revealing them one by one.
• You can choose between the "American" and "English" scoring systems. The final score message reflects the chosen system. If changed *after* game end, scores update.
• The points for each hand are added for your total score.
